2024 Success

The series launched in 2024 with resounding success, featuring more than 20 shows across the USA. Artists such as Kommuna Lux (Ukraine), Fugu Dugu (Chicago), Chervona Band (Portland), Balkan Laikas (Sacramento), Enver Izmaylov (Ukraine), Vox Maris (Chicago), Lynne Jordan (Chicago), and Alfonso Ponticelli (Chicago) captivated audiences with their electrifying performances. The concerts were held at renowned world music festivals and iconic venues, including DROM in NYC, SPACE and City Winery in Chicago, Sonia in Boston, and others.

This inaugural year established the series as a premier platform for Balkan and Klezmer music, drawing diverse audiences and garnering critical acclaim for its innovative programming and exceptional artistry.

2025 Plans

Building on the success of 2024, the series will expand in 2025 to include an even more stellar lineup. Featured artists will include The Klezmatics, Lemon Bucket Orkestra (Canada), VV (Ukraine), Asea Sool (Georgia), Zyngaresca (Chicago), Dobranotch (Germany), and Psoy Korolenko (NYC). The shows will take place year-round, with the lineup varying based on location, season, and scale, ensuring a fresh and dynamic experience at every event.
